Moelis filters its applicant pool with the Suited assessment. It is a test that is atypical: a behavioral questionnaire that measures consistency, followed by 4 cognitive sections in which the timers are short, sequential and impossible to pause. Sixty seconds of attention to detail leaves no room to figure out the format as you go.

That is why format familiarity is worth so many points. Our simulator replicates the Moelis assessment in full – the order of the parts, the instruction screens, the exact section timings, the behavior of the clock – and attaches a worked answer to every cognitive question.
