Part 2: forced-choice triads, where you select the statement most like you, then the better of the two remaining. Untimed, with no right or wrong answers; consistency is what the format measures

The gamified SHL cognitive assessment: 21 problem-solving tasks under a 36-minute countdown, spanning 9 interactive formats – visual pattern grids, bar charts to arrange, pie charts to adjust, calendars and schedule timelines to fill, a Gantt slider, a line graph, logic puzzles and a ranking task. Each task opens with a short scenario, then hands you the interactive widget. Every task comes with a reasoned answer key

The 1-way video interview, reproduced with its real timers: for each question, 1 minute to prepare and 2 minutes to record your answer. The questions are the actual prompts from the William Blair process – from introducing yourself and your motivation to handling an unhappy stakeholder – and each one is followed by structured coaching on how to build a strong answer
