Présentation du cours
Master the final round of the investment banking process
The assessment centre is where investment banking recruitment gets decided – a Super Day where the bank observes you across formats that no classic interview covers: working a case in a group, presenting alone under time pressure, holding your level across several back-to-back interviews, and behaving like a future colleague during breakfast and lunch. It is also the round candidates prepare least for, because so little concrete information circulates about what actually happens inside.
This course closes that gap. We take you through the different elements of an assessment centre: the group case study and the behaviours assessors actually score, the individual case study and examples of topics, the interviews and how to stay sharp in the middle of a demanding day, networking – because the entire session is an extended networking experience – and the on-site verification of your online tests. Each lesson focuses on best practices: not just what the exercise is, but what the candidates who get offers do differently in it.
The course closes with a dataroom of interview reports – real assessment centre days recounted by candidates – so you can see exactly what past candidates have faced at specific banks, and walk into your own final round already knowing the terrain.
The offer is decided at the assessment centre. Arrive as the candidate who came prepared for every exercise.
